Short version: the apps know nothing about you, and the website only counts page views anonymously. This covers Daily Knot and every game in the family, listed on our games page.
Nothing. There is no account, no email, no sign-in. You open the app and play.
Your results, streak, freezes, and stats live on your device and nowhere else. We never see them. Delete the app and they are gone.
dailyknot.app uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that counts anonymous page views (which pages get visited, the site you came from, a rough country). It sets no cookies, collects nothing personal, and never follows you around the web. It runs on our own domain, so nothing is handed to an outside tracker. The apps themselves still collect nothing at all.
Each game has one optional unlock (like Knot+), handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you are signed in to Game Center, a game can post your daily time to a leaderboard so you can compare with others. It is optional, handled by Apple, and sends us no personal data.
You can turn on a gentle daily reminder. It is scheduled on your device; nothing leaves your phone to send it.
The games suit all ages and collect no data from anyone, children included.
If this ever changes, the new version lands here with a fresh date.
