Privacy Policy for Threadbound. Game data, purchases, website services and contact information.
Threadbound is made by Ahmet Duman, part of Daily Games. This policy covers the current prerelease game and its pages on dailyknot.app. For privacy questions or requests, email membrain.app@gmail.com.
Your puzzle progress, settings, Studio designs, artwork titles and creator credits are stored on your device. Threadbound does not provide an app account, a hosted artwork gallery or automatic cross-device synchronization. You can delete Studio designs in the app. Removing the app can remove locally stored content; export artwork you want to keep before deleting it. Copies in your own exports or device backups are controlled separately through the destination or device settings.
Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Threadbound uses Apple's StoreKit service to check purchase entitlements and restore purchases. Payment-card details are not sent to a Threadbound server. Apple's handling of App Store transactions is governed by Apple's privacy practices.
Sharing happens only when you choose it. You can export an image, a movie or an editable .threadbound file through the system share sheet. Editable files can include a title, creator credit and original creator attribution. Review these details before sharing. The app or service you choose to receive your export handles that copy under its own privacy practices. Importing an editable file creates a local remix.
Saving an export to your photo library may use the system's photo-saving flow. Threadbound does not need access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone for weaving or Studio creation. You can manage available app permissions in device Settings.
Notifications and announcements are unavailable in the current prerelease version. Threadbound does not transmit a push token or registration identifier to an announcement service in this version. The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.
If you contact support, the contact details and information you choose to send are used to respond to your request. Do not include payment credentials. Email membrain.app@gmail.com for support or privacy questions. Email messages are handled through our email provider. We use correspondence to answer and follow up on support requests; you can use the same address to request deletion of your correspondence. Locally stored game data is managed on your device.
dailyknot.app is hosted by Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page statistics. Analytics may include the page visited, referrer, approximate location, browser and device type. It uses no analytics cookies or cross-site identifiers. See Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation and privacy policy. Hosting also involves processing network requests to deliver and secure the site. The game itself does not include these website analytics.
We will update this page when these practices change. Questions about this policy can be sent to membrain.app@gmail.com.
Game pages contact Apple’s public lookup service to check whether an App Store listing is available. Your browser sends normal network request information to Apple. A short-lived result is cached in your browser’s session storage. This check does not send game progress, artwork or purchase information.
Apple handles App Store services, Vercel serves these web pages and analytics, and Google handles support email. Their processing may take place outside your country; see their policies, including Google’s privacy policy. Support messages are kept for resolving and following up on requests and any applicable recordkeeping duties; contact us to request deletion. Local game data remains under your control on your device.
The game does not ask players for personal details or require an account. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child has sent through support. We do not sell personal information or use the game to serve targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information and to contact your local data protection authority. Send requests to the contact address above.
