Support for Threadbound. Help with weaving, Studio designs, sharing, purchases and saved progress.
Choose a yarn and a lift, then shift the lift if needed. The NEXT strip previews the row. Slide the shuttle or tap Weave. Your yarn covers the raised threads. Match the reference from the bottom up. Undo is beside the positioning controls; hints and Restart are in the loom's options menu. The weaver's handbook is available in Settings.
The first six campaign patterns, Daily play and its archive, Studio, saving and sharing are free. There are no ads or subscriptions.
One permanent purchase provides ownership of all 36 launch campaign patterns, including the six introductory patterns. Chapters still open as you progress: finish four different textiles in a chapter to open the next. Future optional collections are sold separately. Studio and Daily play do not require this purchase.
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Settings in Threadbound, open the Original Collection purchase sheet, and choose Restore purchases. Connect to the internet. Restoring ownership does not transfer puzzle progress or Studio documents between devices.
Weaving puzzles and Studio work offline. Purchasing and restoring purchases require a connection to Apple's services. If the store is unavailable, you can continue with free content and local artwork.
They are saved on this device. Threadbound does not automatically sync progress or artwork between devices. Export important designs as editable .threadbound files before deleting the app. A shared image is a finished picture; an editable file can be opened as a new remix.
Open a Studio design, select Finish, and choose an image, editable file or reveal movie. The system share sheet lets you choose the destination. Optional titles and creator credits may be included; check them before sharing.
Woven means you completed the textile. Economy means you used the minimum number of passes. Unaided means you completed it without a hint. Earned seals stay with you across replays.
Announcements are not enabled in the launch configuration. They are not needed for puzzles, Studio or purchases.
Email membrain.app@gmail.com with Threadbound in the subject. For a useful report, include the app version/build, iPhone or iPad model, OS version, what you tapped and what happened. A screenshot can help. Do not send payment-card details or Apple Account passwords.
